2. Through the website, we intend to sell our original merchandise including but not limited to footwear, clothing, accessories etc., designed and created solely by SOLE CULT.
3. Your access to the Website is subject to these terms and conditions (“Terms”) set out hereinafter and the ‘Privacy Policy’, ‘Purchase Order Policy’, ‘Shipping and Delivery’, ‘Return and Exchanges’, ‘Payment Options’ or such other policies as may be introduced by SOLE CULT from time to time.

ACCEPTANCE TERMS

AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY

All SOLE CULT products are made to order. The delivery time for any product listed on the website varies from product to product and cannot be guaranteed. An indicative time period is approximately 15 working days excluding shipping.

RETURN POLICY

SOLE CULT has a strict No Returns or Exchanges policy. Returns will only be accepted for minor changes to the shoes. To be considered eligible for return, all orders must be postmarked to SOLE CULT within 7 days of a customer receiving their order at the registered address listed above. Returns are not accepted for minor color differences, custom sizes or custom designs. SOLE CULT will only accept returned products that are in good and unworn condition. We have the right to deny the issuance of a refund to an order that is believed to be previously worn or damaged. SOLE CULT will not accept products that have been altered or adjusted in any way. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. If a shoe return is not accepted by SOLE CULT, customers will be responsible for shipping charges to recall the product to them.

PRICING

Whilst we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any Product or Service that you have ordered from SOLE CULT, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of re-confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the Product or Service, you will receive a full refund. All prices are exclusive of the Goods & Services Tax in India.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTY

For shipments outside of India, you will be solely responsible for calculating and paying any and all taxes, customs duties, fees, etc. imposed by the destination country in relation to the Product(s) or Services. Delivery costs may be charged in addition; such additional charges are displayed where applicable and included in the total cost.
